Made in U.S.A.
We strive to create all of our products in the U.S. It’s important that we support our economy while providing top quality products that promote American ideals. With each product there are multiple design, manufacturing, production and distribution steps. For example, each of our stickers begins as raw vinyl material that’s sourced in the U.S. Then each sticker design is conceived and completed in California. Next the stickers are printed in Nevada and shipped to our headquarters. And finally they ship to our customers in the U.S. For some products, we’ve found it extremely difficult to source the raw material in the U.S. For example, there are very few t-shirt companies who actually produce their garments in America. For these products we often source the garment from an American company, but it may be imported from their overseas factory. However, all design work, printing and order fulfillment is performed strictly in the U.S.
The background of the website header includes a depiction of the Battles of Lexington and Concord. These were the first open armed conflicts between the Kingdom of Great Britain Army regulars and the 13 colonies in America. As the sun was rising in Lexington, Massachusetts on April 19, 1775 this first skirmish marked the beginning of the American Revolution. Simply put, the Brits were ordered to suppress the rebellious colonists. And as we all know, their efforts ultimately failed. The American spirit was born, and it’s that spirit that Smith Arms celebrates, showcases and encourages.
